Samsung galaxy s5 also has 16GB of memory and 32GB of storage (you can also add up to 64GB via microSD), and there is a microUSB 3.0 port for fast transfer speeds.
On the connectivity front, there is a 4G LTE network (supports speedy Category 4) and fifth generation 802.11ac Wi-Fi and 2x2 MIMO, plus a feature called Download Booster which uses Wi-Fi and 4G simultaneously to download files faster.

Samsung uses polycarbonate material that is mixed with glass fiber, because of that, the Galaxy S5 was not slippery when held. One major improvement over the S4 is IP67 waterproofing, bringing the S5 line with the Sony Xperia phones with waterproof. Screen: bigger, but no QHD
